Since its inception in 1990, MOCA has worked untiringly to provide a holistic empowerment approach to meet the needs of clients to ensure that they not only become self-sufficient, but remain productive taxpaying citizens. We have continued to impact the surrounding communities in the Montgomery , Alabama area through our exceptional educational training programs.
